Why We Should Exit the System

If you are reading this you are likely here because you have sought out truth in your life. Perhaps you have found that viruses don’t exit. Perhaps you have discovered some of the truth of the New World Order/Cabal/Deep State/Orion Group etc. Perhaps you have learned about the Satanic pedophilea that the elites have been a part of for hundreds of years. Perhaps you have learned the truth about how the real slavery begins at the moment of our birth through the fraudulent conversion of our birth certificates into a legal fiction. Regardless of why you are here, the fact is that you are here. If any of this information resonates with you I would encourage you to not only further your own research but also to take action and operate from a place of sovereign freedom. Operating in “their” court system will only perpetuate the slavery, as will voting, paying taxes (aka funding criminal activity) and even staying in their fraudulent banking system. We have a grand opportunity at this point in history and it is up to us as individuals to choose whether to remain slaves or to live as free men and women.
First and foremost, let's use their own system to prove the fraud:
1. What’s their authority?
2. Show the authority - by what authority are you presiding?
3. Show signed a contract of duty of obligation to pay federal tax.
4. Show signed the pledge of the allegation of Queen Elizabeth of the right of Canada -Oath of Citizenship.
5. International covenant - Queen Elizabeth Ratified - Recognized by the supreme court.
6. I have the right to self-determination to function under full legal capacity for the administration of justice according to the international covenants and treaties.
7. I have the right to freely dispense of my property and earnings without obligations according to the international covenants and treaties.
8. I have the right to vote, NOT the obligation according to the international covenants and treaties.
9. I have the right to support the state, but NOT the obligation according to the international covenants and treaties.
10. Violation of the right to classify me as a person/tax player according to the international covenants and treaties.
11. Violation of the right to be placed in a position of indebted servitude according to the international covenants and treaties.
12. Supreme Court has made several rulings pertaining to the Constitution Act, which includes international obligations -ie. Covenants and Treaties as they pertain to human rights, and it states that any statute act NOT consistent with that act has no force or effect. Ex- Supreme Court Rulings 1950/Lord Nelson Hotel in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
13. Per the constitution, no level of government can convey their power of jurisdiction to another level of government jurisdiction as outlined in sections 91, 92, and 93 of the constitution act. Direct taxation from the federal government is unconstitutional and NOT in your jurisdiction.
14.Dominion and provincial Taxation act 1942 was never ratified in Parliament. It was only a budgetary resolution.
15. Further, the Statutes Law revision act 1893 by Queen Victoria removed any involvement of the royal family, and it erased from anyone in the dominion upon death. - Any request for payment by her Majesty of Queen Elizabeth un right of Canada is FRAUD. - Supreme Court has ruled that Canada is a Jurisdistic unit, A corporate sole, and I am not part of Canada and that Canada has ratified the international covenant. We have no obligation to it.
16. Furthermore, since the sovereign provinces after the statute of Westminster of 1931 Never formed a Federal Union, which they needed to do, any statutes or act has no force or effect.
17.In order for Federal Union to be formed, the sovereign states would have to form a constitutional convention, form the union and then pass legislation. This has NEVER HAPPENED.
18. Under the international covenant, if a right exists, the statute HAS TO provide a court of appropriate jurisdiction. The current court systems are not the proper jurisdiction for any living, breathing man or woman.
19. 9 International supreme courts, 3 International Tribunals/Grand Juries, have ruled that anything pertaining to COVID Bio-weapon/virus/ isolation is rife with Fraud and misrepresentation. What has transpired on the men and women of Canada is an act of domestic terrorism under the criminal code of Canada 467.1 (1), (2) facilitation of organized criminal activity.
20.The Charter of Rights was never ratified under section 59.
The next truth we have to comprehend is that we do not live in the “country” of Canada. In fact, Canada never confederated and is really only the Territories, Nunavut and the costal waters at low tide (https://www.themythiscanada.com/). In addition, we run everything “by right of her majesty”… but the Queen was never coronated in 1973, it was the CROWN corporation. In addition, her legitimacy has been taken to temple bar and debunked…and she has also abdicated the throne (https://kingjohnthethird.uk/lawful-documents/documents/). So if we do not have a “queen” and we do not have a country… what do we have? Answer: a corporation. For example: www.dnb.ca, Government of Canada, D-U-N-S® Number: fd19bb9f2383aa16a9dd3791feed2ce7. Provinces, Health, Children’s Aid, Police officers… all subsidiaries with registered numbers. The “people” we interact with that claim a paycheque from these corporate entities are simply agents of that corporation. Last time I checked, corporations were not allowed to make laws, and can only make policies that we may choose to follow or not. How do they get away with this reality? Simple: we let them. Whether out of fear, ignorance or an unwillingness to leave our comfort zone we choose to participate in the fraudulent structure they’ve built for us. Charter of Rights and Freedoms? A corporate document that does not apply to living, breathing men and women. Bill of Rights? Same thing: a creation of criminal corporate shills. They presume that we are in need of care, ignorant of the truth and will not stand up for ourselves. Again, how can you use a document given authority by right of a queen that doesn’t exist in a country that also doesn’t exist? If you play in their fictional reality, they get to make the rules…but there is a way out.
Many of you have discovered what is known as the “Common law”, where men and women agree to act honourably and cause no harm, loss or trespass. This is the basis of the colour of law system we see in operation today (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LvZrzhOlP7E). However, common law does not apply to a corporation. Remember how they converted your certificate of live birth into a birth certificate/fictional corporation? That is how these agents can deal with living men and women. The way out is to a) get control of your birth certificate and deal with them from a higher standing in law and b) use commercial law to access your common law rights. Think about it: if you have a bunch of corporations that are also signatories on UNIDROIT (https://www.unidroit.org/about-unidroit/) (https://www.unidroit.org/about-unidroit/membership/) then what law would bind them? International commerce falls under the Uniform Commercial Code, AKA UCC law. If you rebut the 12 presumptions of court (https://www.interconnectednessofallthings.com/the-twelve-presumptions-of-court/) and reserve your rights under UCC 1-308 as well as having the correct paperwork to show your status as a living, breathing man or woman you are well underway to having the tools to defend yourself and live a free life.
“BUT I AM ALIVE!! I AM SOVEREIGN!!” Yes, we are all…but remember that they’ve got us on consent and participation. If an individual votes, pays taxes, carries a driver’s license, or passport, willingly goes to court when “summoned” and holds a bank account it is absolutely fair to presume that individual is a willing member of the fraudulent contract. If you go into their court and play by their rules, you’ve also consented by default as well as given them your authority and rights. Yes, they are our unalienable rights and freedoms, but it doesn’t mean that we will never have to defend those rights. If someone is physically attacking you, you can’t just say “I’m free!! You can’t do this to me!”. You will have to take action to defend those rights…or suffer the consequences. “A warrior chooses pacifism while other are suppressed by it”. The choice is yours.

We are living in the most exciting time in human history. We have been offered an opportunity to live in a free and true world for the first time ever… but we have to make the choice to get there. Each of us, as individuals, has to choose to act on the information that we’ve been provided. Or not: we can also choose to continue in our current paradigm. The thing is that once you know what you know it cannot become unknown. One may choose to operate in their system, but it does not change the facts above: there is no queen, there is no “Canada”, there is no rule of law and we are simply “human resources” in their eyes. The good news is that we don’t have to worry about what the dark side is going to do to us if we don’t correct our status, as they are openly doing it to us anyway right now. We owe it to the children to action our knowledge, whether it’s your own children or the children of the world. We have the means, we have methods, we have each other. We just need to make a choice to operate from truth, or not.
