Insistence Becomes Duty

We've been witness to insane crimes since this all started, but how many of us as individuals have actually reported them? You can go in person with your testimony and paperwork, you can call or you can email. The basic idea of any report is a to list the criminal code violations and then detail your experience/how the criminal code was violated. As always, we strongly recommend making your report as a sovereign man or woman. Adding the following to your report is a strong step in that direction: Reservation of rights - without prejudice pursuant to UCC 1 308

Whatever you do, stick to the specific criminal code violations. You are not making a complaint you are reporting a crime. Use words that they will understand and have a duty to act on: intimidation, assault, force, consent, privacy act violations, bill s201, bodily harm, reckless endangerment, criminal negligence etc. Take the time to go through the evidence in the first report to grasp the information yourself.

If injury or damage feared

• 810 (1) An information may be laid before a justice by or on behalf of any person who fears on reasonable grounds that another person

Also know that under common law, UCC law and the Criminal Code section 494(2) if the police do not act you have the authority to perform a citizen's arrest. 

You may also convene your own Common Law Court simultaneously or afterwards. You are sovereign. You are in charge.
